Podcast Editing

Full episode cleanup: noise and hum removal, level matching across speakers, filler-word and dead-air trims, and intro/outro assembly with your music and stingers.
Delivered ready to upload, with show notes-friendly chapter markers on request.
Dialogue & ADR Editing
Starting at $45 / hourbilled against the finished runtime
Sync and clean dialogue for film, documentary, and video projects. Noise reduction, room-tone matching between takes, and ADR conform for replaced lines.
Handles location audio with wind, traffic, and echo — as far as the original recording allows.
Music Mixing
Starting at $150 / songstandard multitrack session
Track balancing, EQ, compression, and stereo imaging for bands and solo artists working from stems or multitrack sessions. Two revision rounds included, since mixes are personal.
Mastering
Starting at $40 / tracksingle-format delivery
Final loudness and tonal balance pass, tuned to the target platform — Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, or physical release specs — so the track holds up next to anything else in the playlist.
Audio Restoration
Starting at $50 / hourquoted after reviewing a sample
Hum, hiss, clicks, pops, and clipping removed from old, damaged, or poorly recorded audio — interviews, archival tape, field recordings. We restore what's there rather than replacing it wholesale.
Sound Design

Ambience beds, foley layering, and transition elements for video and narrative podcasts — built to sit under dialogue without competing with it.
For recurring shows
Retainer plans, for shows that publish on schedule.
Most projects are quoted flat, one at a time. If your show publishes every week or two, a retainer is usually the better deal — a fixed monthly rate, one editor who already knows your format, and no requoting every episode.
4 episodes / month
For shows that publish every week and want a consistent, predictable edit.
2 episodes / month
For shows on a two-week cycle that still want priority scheduling.
1 episode / month
For lower-frequency shows that still want a dedicated editor on file.
Rates above assume a standard episode — up to 60 minutes, 1–2 speakers. Longer or more complex shows are quoted individually.
Retainer terms
Billing
Charged monthly, in advance, on the date you sign up.
Rollover
Unused episodes don't carry over to the next month.
Overage
Extra episodes beyond your plan are billed at the standard one-off rate.
Revisions
One round included per episode. Additional rounds billed hourly.
Priority scheduling
Retainer episodes are scheduled ahead of one-off projects.
Commitment
Month-to-month. 15 days' notice to change tiers or cancel.
